Shipping throughout Italy for only €4.90.
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days from delivery to return the products if you are a consumer.
There is no need to provide reasons.

Products intact, sealed and in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
How to return a product:

Reimbursement:
Once the products have been received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days.
The refunded amount includes the cost of the products, excluding shipping costs.
Damaged products or non-delivery
Damaged products: send photos within 48 hours of delivery to info@iurace.it
Failed delivery: contact us at info@iurace.it, we will check with the courier within 7 working days
Delivery confirmed by the courier: if the package is delivered correctly, responsibility passes to the customer
